After this deadline, the fine for the default of appearance and cancellation represents 100 % of the disbursed deposit.

The rates are per room in BGN (Bulgarian Lev) based on double occupancy (rooms), 2+1 occupancy (suites) and include:

- BB – Bed and Breakfast buffet menu or set menu accommodation
- A guided stroll through the Complex vineyards and Estate farm
- Sunbathing Zone access and use of outdoor pool (half-Olimpic in size) with individual hydromassage zones and children's pool with a waterslide (summer-season)
- Use of: 30-32°C indoor pool; 37-39°C Jacuzzi; sauna, steam bath, spa bench, ice fountain and adventure showers; relaxation & halotherapy salt room
